Only two.
Clinton and Andrew Johnson.
Johnson was Lincoln's vice president and became president when Lincoln was shot. I can't remember why he was impeached, though.
Articles for impeachment were started for Nixon, but he resigned before the actual process began.

There were only two: Andrew Johnson (Lincoln's Vice Pres. and Clinton. Both were acquited. Nixon was almost impeached but resigned even as the articles of Impeachement were being prepared in Congress.

Remember, "impeached" only means that charges were brought against them by Congress. It does not necessarily mean they would be removed from office. And, yes, 2 is correct - Andrew Johnson and Clinton

Andrew (1868) and Bill (1998) were the only two presidents.
One cabinet officer, William W. Belknap (Secretary of War). He resigned before his trial, and was later acquitted.
One Senator, William Blount (though the Senate had already expelled him).
Associate Justice Samuel Chase in 1804. He was acquitted.
Twelve other federal judges, including Alcee Hastings, who was impeached and convicted for taking over $150,000 in bribe money in exchange for sentencing leniency
