ok well i went to bed around 2am last nite. my friend called me woke me up a t fricken 8am. so im like on energy of 6 hrs of sleep, pizza ice cream and cake rite now. so my friend came and piked me up we went to my friends house. went swimming for like 4-5 hrs. wacthed a movie and i almost fell alseep. now im back at my house but i have to go somewhere in like 30 mins. but im so tired wat should i do. just go to sleep or go out again.

no i told her to call at 9am but she called an hr early. i had to go somewhere, lol its all good. but umm i just messin around wit it ill prolly change it back later it looks weird.

Emawee, take a nap. I am a lil' princess and I try to get 10-12 hours of sleep a day. That's why I am SO PERKY. Tell your friend to FOLLOW THE RULES and not call you before 2 PM. A call at 8 AM is grounds for a WEDGIE.

What's the deal with the avatar change? you look like you just crossed the border, not that there is anything wrong with that. I liked your old one.

Well you can take a power nap. Those are proven to give you more energy than a long nap. A power nap is when you nap for 15-20 min. then u have 10 min 2 get ready 2 go and then u can still leave

Frankly I'm lucky to get a solid 4 hours of sleep... in fact I function quite well on that anymore... but sounds like you've had a busy day... no one would blame you if you were too tired to do much more today... however if you were previously obligated to go out tonight well then it would be rude for you not to keep your word tired or not.

If it is a recreational obligation rather than a business obligation, go to sleep. Sleep deprevation leads to other illnesses and my dear you need to sleep. For the future, if you want to have a busy lifestyle, be sure to eat right and try to fit sleep or naps or downtime into your schedule, as it is important as anything else! Sweet dreams baby!

I take it you're a teenager. You really need a lot of sleep. You need to check out the website I've cited. You need to take care of yourself and get yourself informed about what your body and brain are going through now. This will require self-discipline, and that's tough for teenagers. Bite the bullet and do what's right for you. Talk to other teens about what they're experiencing...but don't take their solutions to heart. For solutions, talk to to someone older who survived being a teen. It's hard...I wouldn't go back to being a teenager for all the money in the world. Sleep...go to bed early occasionally. Listen to your body and KNOW that your hormones are controlling your mind and body right now. Educate yourself and get though this tough time with fewer regrets than if you just follow your impulses.

i would take a power nap. those last only 15-20 minutes. set an alarm and when u wake up u'll feel refreshed. they are better than long naps becuase when u wake up from long naps u feel groggy and u wont sleep at night. i dont know about u, but when i take long naps i wake up feeling kinda depressed cuz i feel like i wasted a big chunk of my day. it saddens me, so i think that power naps r best. take that nap and then go out. u'll be glad u did.

go to bed at a decent time
say no to going out and rest
