i love ghosts it may scare the crap out of me but i kind of like it.ok this only happened once in my life. a few months ago i was in my room layin in bed wide awake like around 1am.all of a sudden i heard someone going "shh!" 2 times and it sounded like it came from the living room.i thought to myself "its jus my stepmom telling my dad to be quiet cause me and my siblings are asleep" then i heard "shh!" 2 more times in the hallway.i layed still in my bed and i listened carefully...NO FOOT STEPS! so i thought to myself "oh god is my house haunted?"...then at 6 am i woke up to get ready for school and when i looked passed the livingroom i saw my parents' bedroom door open and close 2 times...i ignored what i saw and moved on....then when i came back from school i asked my stepmom if she and my dad were awake at 1am and 6am...she said no and i had to explain to her what i experienced she freaked out and told me it was my imagination. so what does this mean?

If there are no other reasons for the things that happened, like wind causing the door to open and close, then it could very well be a paranormal experience.
I find it extremely interesting that everything happened in sets of 2. Perhaps some sort of message there?
You can set up a tape recorder to record and see if it has anything to say on the tape - maybe it has a message to relate?
If anything happens that really frightens you and you feel you don't want it there, just state firmly and loudly that it is no longer welcome and must leave your home.

well unless there was a burglar in the house saying shhh id say so and if know one else was up. ive had that happen before also. when i was little i went to the kitchen and i heard the dishwasher door slam shut and i turned on the light and nobody was there. the day after i put my dog down i was backing out of the driveway and in my rear view mirror i saw my dog across the street. i 4got i put him down so i ignored it but than i remembered and as i turned back around there was nothing there. ive also seen the rocking chairs on the porch rocking back and forth with no wind what so ever.they are far apart and the next day they were side by side. hasnt happend though in a year.

did you lose a grandparent or someone close to you beyond a year ago? This may be them trying to get your attention- when these things happen, I check birth dates of our past loved ones and also the date they died, sometimes a particular day can validate who that person is. Not always but sometimes.

it means the TV was on. as for the moving door, it might have been the wind.
i actually saw a ghost in my bedroom, want to hear the details, just let me know.

you should ask a pro! i love to study ghosts but this is not normal ghost activity so im not so sure
