d) George Bush did it because the bridge is upstream from New Orleans and we all know Bush hates every black person in New Orleans and wants dead bodies to float down the river and wash up in their front yards in time for the next hurricane Bush will send there, and then Bush will frame them all for murder and send them to Texas to be executed. Calculate how long it takes a dead body to float from the bridge to New Orleans and you will know when Bush will send the next hurricane. Halliburton is selling oil now to Texas so they will have enough to generate all the extra electricity they will need for the electric chairs.

It was the fault of engineering. I believe Bush has an MBA and since the bridge was recently inspected, it has nothing to do with Bush. And no one knew it was a "failing bridge".
And there is nothing to laugh at about this tragedy, friend. And the only thing to ponder is why someone would post a question like this.

The real question is, do we blame Karl Harold Phillip LeVander, the 32nd governor of Minnesota who took office on 2 January 1967 or do we blame Karl Fritjof Rolvaag who was the 31st governor or Minnesota but left office on 1 January 1967, before the bridge completion? The bridge opened in November 1967 so perhaps the blame should go on the Republican. My response makes as much sense as the answers to the question.

You gotta be kidding me, so what your saying is that it's Bush's fault that he didn't take the time out of his daily schedule and pull out his engining Degree and fly out to Minn and personally inspect that particular bridge. Ohh, That's right qualified Federal engineering inspectors already told LIBERAL STATE GOVERNMENT OF MINNESOTA TO FIX THE DARN THING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Are you that much of a left wing nut? I would like to think Bush doesn't need to Micro manage every state program around the country. That's why we have state jobs and state government. To point the finger at Bush in this tragic accident just goes to show how much hate the Left wing nuts have. Grow up and get a clue and stop disrespecting the lives lost yesterday with your political Hate mongering.

Sid just confessed who did it trying to project it on you.
But I just heard the Justis Brothers of Al Sharpton and Jessie Jackson are looking to see if GWB put some ting in and on the bridge to collapse it like they claimed as a diversion tactic so Congressman Washington could get his cold cash out the freezer using National Guard units. From his bribes of cold cash that was ear marked for the levees.
So when you the Justis Brothers saying GWB was scuba diving you heard it first. Good day and good night.

LMAO.... This is a great question! I was wondering myself how long it would take for the left to blame Bush.
However, I am going to go with d) All of the above
BTW... people... get off your high horse. Of course it is a very sad situation... especially for those who were effected... (and the conservatives will be the one's to pray for them and give aid from their own pocket... while the libs will look to use it for political gain and give from other people's pockets) Sometimes you make light of situations... comics do it all the time... your precious Letterman does it every night and so does Leno... it does not potray ill will towards anyone.
The real blame should go on either the engineers (if the bridge was flawed and substandard according to the days technology) or the construction company (if they cut corners to save a buck) and most certainly the city or state who knew the bridge was faulty and chose to do nothing about it.

Thank you for thinking of everyone in this accident....my parent's neighbor never returned home from work yesterday and his family thinks he may be stuck under the bridge since he crosses it everyday, but they probably won't know for awhile. It's unbelievable. I can't even begin to imagine what the victims and their families have had to go through. You are a very sweet person. God bless you

Oh, don't forget my favorite.....President Bush allowed terrorists thru the southern borders and they blew up the bridge!
Give it a couple days and all the Lib conspiracy theorists will have "proof" that President Bush and VP Cheney "allowed" it to happen just so they could remain in "power".

Well the Federal Government did say it was unsafe (2 years ago), and the Liberal Minnesota State said it was safe. But somehow Bush will get the blame.
