Juniper.com is a legitimate website. They are a credit card issuer, including such cards as USAirways and Carnival Cruise Lines. They are the US credit card division of Barclays Bank.

The URL www.juniper.com/9720 does exist. It is a page where you can apply for a Platinum Mastercard using the "Personal ID" number included in the mailing you received.

Whether accepting the card is a good idea has to be your decision, but the site is legitimate and so is the web page you listed in your title. Perhaps you made a typing error when you tried it.

If you don't recognize it, throw it away.

It's probably a scam to get your personal information: banking, credit cards, SS#, driver's license, Passport, etc.

Disregard it and shred it, or cut it in tiny pieces and put it in the trashcan.!

Never give info to someone you do not know, asking for your personal information.
