Well, what every floats your boat, I don't agree that it is necessary black men. But some men just naturally smell better than others, but I don't place people into categories.

"Best." That is subjective. It's impossible to answer your question. They smell best to you because you like their smell.
Incidentally, my wife would disagree with you. She's black and has shown a definite predilection to us white guys. (Though I may have skewed that a bit.)
