I would hire the best lawyers that I could, and present the best defense that I could. From a legal standpoint, his best option may be to try to attack the credibility of the witnesses against him by arguing that they are are heavily involved in dogfighting, and are just saying that he is in order to get a reduced sentence.

I think at this point Vick is gonna be found guilty. In order to lessen the penalty and at least get this over with in regards to his sentence. I would just come clean pay less money to lawyers, fines that way when he gets out of jail in 5-6 he will at least have a comfortable life.

I'd be sitting in the corner wondering why if I could afford to do anything in the world I wanted to, why did I choose to get into dog fighting and killing. I should have been on the beach in the Caribbean with a bunch of hot women and drinking cold beers.

I'd just plead guilty & throw himself on the mercy of the court. One of his co-defendants is going to cop a plea bargain & testify for the prosecution. He's toast anyway.
