What is the best and easiest to apply liquid eyeliner?

I've heard mac and almay are good, but I am new at liquid eyeliner. So help

I have one by Lo'Real called Linear Intense. It's like a precision type eyeliner with a pen type shape to it. The point is not a brush, but it's flexible to where you can easily apply the liner in a specific area. And it's not drippy like other liners. You can find it at Target.

Lancome Artliner was the easiest for me to use because of the brush.
