what do you think wwe should do to turn the ratings around (storylines, bringing people back, having sombody lose the belt)

they should take jeff hardy off of the suspension list first of all.
they should make it to where the wwe title changes like every month or 2 instead of every freaking YEAR
they shouldgive kane the WHC

Having the belt change hands once in a while would help. I mean, really, who wants to watch a title match when you know the title will not change hands? Basically, that's every one of Cena's matches for the last umpteen months.
Hire some new writers, maybe even some who are not necessarily wrestling writers by trade. Some new, original storylines would help and maybe someone who didn't have a background in wrestling could come up with something different. It wouldn't hurt to try anyway.
Respect the fans. If the fans don't like an angle (ie: Cena holding the belt), then change it. Don't keep an angle going for weeks or months to see if the fans will eventually learn to like it. Without wrestling fans there is no WWE. So why not give the fans what they want, not what Vince wants?

before i answer ur question [to bob, Raw has had there lowest ratings ever since 1997.] Now ur question well with all the hype surrounding Cena losing the belt thats one thing they can do, i have heard so much talk about guys coming back to wrestle like The Rock Steve Austin even Phsyco Sid so lets hope it comes true. They need X-pac HBK and the game as DX to feud with a new group perhaps if Cena loses the title he could make the chain gang group

here is a list of my ideas
1. get the belt off of cena and give it to orton
2. get the balt off of khali and give it to kane
3. cool off the cena push for a while just enough to get fans wanting him back then push him agian
4. push kennedy, major title push further his character as a heel
5.get rid of khali
6. have a hhh vs booker vs orton fued for the title
7. put the title on HHH

1. GET RID OF CENA HE SUCKS AND HE AINT NEEDED NEVER WAS WWE WAS DOING PRETTY WELL WITH OUT HIM
2. MANY WRESTLES SUCH AS SHELTON BENJERMIN, KENNDY, ELIJAH BURKS (LIST GOES ON) SHOULD BE GETTING BIG PUSHES
3. THEY SHOULD BRING BACK THE ROCK AND AUSTIN THAT WOULD REALLY BRING THINGS UP REAL HIGH
