ghosts or thoughts?

I dont know why but every time I'm in hy hoouse, when I listen ing to music. i hear people call my name!!!! EVEN IF IM HOME ALONE!!!!!!! HELP ME!!!!!

I am not going to say what it isn't, because nobody can really say.

Just keep a good head and focus your thoughts else where.

If you are into prayer...pray that it goes away, and the strength to not be afraid.

Here are some question. When you hear your name called does it sound like someone you know calling you? mother, father, brother? Does it only happen when your listening to music?

This is a rather common phenomena and if nothing else is associated with this it is unlikely to be anything paranormal like a ghost.

If your name happens to be Roxanne than you just need to not listen to that song j/k ;)

Do not panic, you are not going insane, what you are hearing could very well be ghosts, but it could also be a number of things, perhaps someone was thinking about you at the time and what you heard was their thoughts, your brain can also play tricks on you. Sometimes if I concentrate I can hear music i've heard before without using any radio or any type of player.

hey! this happens to me well, used to happen to me a lot too! excpet it would happen when i was at school. i would be sitting there in the back of the classroom and hear someone say my name. i'd look around at the teacher and other ppl, but nobody was paying any attention to me at all. it would happen two or three times. then once when i went into the bathroom at school and was washing my hands i heard it again. my name. i kept thinking i was just hearing things like my mind was messin with me but it would happen two or three times again as i walked out. it happens when i'm alone in the house too. like when i'm reading and stuff. i don't know what it is, but it freaks me out too!

Those are ghosts. I grew up in a haunted house with 5 other family members, and we all heard our names called. It happened on a daily basis. Try not to freak out. They are not going to hurt you, but they'll startle the heck out of you. It sounds like you have a mischevious ghost around, and they do like to mess with you a bit. Email me, and I will help.

It could just be your mind playing tricks.

There is no gaurantee either way, but it is possible that as your not fully paying attention to the background noises, someone may shout something outside that your subconcious catches, making you think its a call to you.

Or it may be as previously stated, something within the music triggering it.

Calm down and don't worry. It is probably just in the music and you hear a word and it sounds like your name to you. Happens to me all the time. Music has so many undecipherable layers and sounds to it.

That has happened to me too... but don't worry, why don't you try to watch tv instead of music, that worked for me, but don't wath horror movies, that makes you more nervous.

it used to happen to us, too, when we were kids growing up in a Civil War-era house...my mom would tell us to ask what it wanted
