Do you think you will be able to get a signature from that University professor that he crippled with one of his bombs? ANd waht about the one he killed, maybe a next of kin signature there? What about one from his brother who was sure he would kill random innocent people?
Will your petition recommend that he be allowed to stay in your spare bedroom or your basement? You have confidence so you may as well have him close.
He has never shown any enthusiasm for facing-down armed terrorists, just innocent bystanders who he imagined were plotting agianst him.
I don't think he can serve any country well since he is so out of it living in his own demented world.

Sorry--you lack "standing". You have no legal grounds to seek his release. The D.A. could, and he can appeal based on new evidence, but a disinterested person can't get through the front door of the courthouse.
