A fair proportion of people call their evening meal "tea" so for them, yes they would have tea time.
A 'proper' tea would have sandwiches and cakes or scones and jam or (yummm) clotted cream. A "high" tea would be more elaborate.

They would at some time, to have no time for Tea Time, though the time may be fit to a Tee for tea, time for another tea would not fit the time to be straight as a tee square.
And try saying that 3 times quickly while sipping at tea time, it;s a teenie bit hard..

Some Brits call their evening meal tea, so that would be tea time. But as for tea and cakes, nah, not for years and years. You can still get a traditional tea-and-scones thing at cafés though (mostly for tourists and old folks :p).

Hello! Toodlepip old thing! Of course British people always have tea-time. But depends what you call tea-time? It is the same as your Dinnertime at night.The only other time we have tea-time proper like is-When the rain in Spain falls mainly on the plain. There! I hope youv'e got it?

We brits do drink tea, but as for 'tea-time' well that sounds a bit stereotypical. And of course a lot of us brits drink coffee instead or just water or juice.

Lol, im only 23 and my mates pop round for a brew... Thats really quite bad :S.
Tea-time just indicates dinner time.
In uk lunch is dinner and dinner is tea ;)
