Measure around your chest under your breasts. Add four if its an even number, five if its an odd number. That is your band size.

Measure around your chest across your breasts at the nipples and the widest part of your breasts. Subtract band size from this measurement.

A 1" difference is an A, 2" is a B, 3" is a C.

OR go get professionally sized at Nordstroms Sears or JCPenney. NOT victoria secret as they size incorrectly.

Also take note that bras are not standardized with sizing. You may be a 34A in one bra, and a 34B in another.

step 1 - measure under your breast (say its 30)

step 2 - measure the fullest part of your breast, probably around the nipple (say thats 32)

step 3 - subtract your first number from your second number (32-30=2)

1=a
2=b
3=c ect..

your answer from step 1 is the main number (30)
and your letter is the answer from step 3 (b)

so your bra size would be 30 b

hope that wasnt confusing
