I suppose you could. However, keep in mind that you want to spend your advertising dollars where they will do the most good. Something as big and general as the white pages may not get you to the right people for your business.

It's legal, if that's your question, but might not be very efficient - white pages tend to be very large so might be pretty difficult to send something out to everyone. And would most of those people probably be interested in what you're trying to sell?

It would be more effective to determine your target market and then purchase a mailing list. There are several companies that can provide you with lists both nationwide or locally. This route would save you on postage!

You're just starting out so I can't see why white wouldn't be okay.
