I can stand on my head with great ease - it's re-attaching it to my body that gives me trouble.

Yep I'm 65 and still can stand on my head. I can also fold my arms across my chest, raise one foot off the floor, and do a full squat and come back to standing position on ether leg.

Not really, but I can do lots of yoga poses if that counts for anything. Endurance is key with those ;)

not without assistance. the last time i tried something like that i twisted my arm, so we'll just have to wonder about this.
