okay yes this does happen. it happens to everybody. This happens because if something drops it splashes and its gonna come up, and thats wear your rear is. U can help try to resolve this problem by putting a few peices of toilet paper into the toilet before using. This helps me and I don't get a wet bum when coming off the can.
