if you have 50 points against you on you driving record I suggest that you buy a bicycle and peddle your ""person"" around town and attempt to not get into any more auto related offenses .. you cannot ""cheat"" your way to a clean driving record ... you must try to do the honest thing and pay for your actions -- another state will look at your record and know that you are trying to attempt 'fraud' -- and anyway the auto insurance company will know what you are trying to do and may cancel your car policy .... good luck and be honest ....

First of all I think u are lieing about the 50 points because NO state wud allow u to accumulate that many points before revoking ur drivers license. If u apply for a drivers license in another state and if u tell the truth on the new application to keep from perjuring yourself that u have had a previous drivers license in another state, and after verifying that info they won't give u a license either.
