They're all muppets, except the guys from Seasome Street are from the rougher side of Muppetville.
Don't forget about Snuffy, that bad A$s can mess up someone's day if he charges or b!tch-slaps a punk with that hose nose.

The puppets from Sesame Street ARE Muppets....Sesame Street, The Muppet Show, Fraggle Rock...all created by Jim Henson.
Why would you want to pit Muppet against Muppet?
A better fight would be Big Bird (Muppet) vs. Barney the Dinosaur (not a Muppet)

The Muppet's. in their shows and movies you see a lot of fighting (miss piggie the weird shrimp etc) but sesame street is all about group hugs and sharing so I think they'd get their butts kicked.

I'd say Sesame Street. Muppets are my favorite, 'cause I never watched Sesame street, but Elmo and the rest of the 'Street' gang are pretty scrappy. The cookie monster might run out of ritalin and go absolutely insane, thinking your legs are cookies or something. :P

i think you mean "sesame street". difficult to decide considering some of the characters are in both programmes, although there are more characters in the muppets so i would say the muppets. also, miss piggy is a tough character, remember her? hi-yah!! (whack!!)

Well, let's see...
Animal would go all loco with his drumsticks and beat the crud out of Bert, and then Ernie would call his rubber ducky from...Heck. (it's a kid's show, remember?)
Then, with Animal gone, all the muppets would gang up on big bird and snuffy, then the really big fight get's goin'. and in the middle of it...Kenny (from South Park) runs in with both the american and canadian army...then...you get the point.
