wear a nude bra under it... that's what i did until my brother froze it and the strap broke :|

Wear a white camisole and white shorts,leave the shirt open at the bottom and wear a belt on your hips.

Wear a light colored bra (beige works better than white). It will also depend on the fabric. Cotton won't show through as much as other types of material.

If you're female wear a bra that you can't see through or wear a lightweight feminine camisole underneath it.

Try a camisole top; it's pretty lightweight and doesn't make you feel like you can see everything.
