I would have to say the shark, because he has no predators, other than humans

Ooo Orca is a good answer. I am going to go with a Great White Shark just cause the leap out of the water and are brutal to seals.

The WHALE because he is the biggest out there and does not get bothered by any other fish. The only time the sharks come close is if they are sick or dying.

Orcas, they don't take crap from any other animal in the sea not even great white sharks, they have been known to kill great whites.
