if you wnat to be a big fullback you should weight 220-240 pounds(should be atleast 5'11 to 6', that should be healthy) and run about 4.6 to 4.9. thats pretty good for a big huge fullbackl. try to run a better 40 like 4.5 to gurantee a starting spot.

It somewhat depends on the size of your high school. I go to a small 1A school in Washington that has been very successfull over the years. We didn't really have that big of a full back or many big guys. But in high school to be a big strong intimidating guy you should only go about 6 foot and about 200 to 220 pounds. I wouldn't stress about how much you weigh. And a good 40 time for a big guy like that in high school is in the 4.7's. Also, try getting a neck roll or cowboy collar to look bigger and meaner. Good luck with your season.

Your weight depends on your height and age.
Your 40 time should be faster than the other guy trying out for fullback.

It doesnt really matter, as long as you're a badass at run blocking and can hold on to the ball for two yards dives and traps you should be fine. 40 times dont matter in high school

170-220 depending on your hight. 4.8-5.1 depending on your size. Faster is never a bad thing.
