How should I draft? For Ex, do I take RB, QB, or whatevre in a specific order? Then for DEF or Kickers, should I switch weekly depending on matchups? Any advice would be appreciated.

RUNNING BACKS, RUNNING BACKS, RUNNING BACKS!!!.

Unless you are getting one of the three top tier QBs, (Manning, Brady, and either McNabb or Brees) dont draft a QB until the fourth round. Dont get nervous when everyone starts picking TE and Kickers. Kicker should be your last pick and only take one of them because its all about the matchup when it comes to the kickers. Be careful when picking and watch bye weeks so you dont have too many players with the same bye week.

ALSO DONT LISTEN TO ANYONE'S ADVICE DURING YOUR DRAFT EXCEPT YOUR OWN. They are all trying to mess with you so they can beat you later

QB, RB and defense are the keys. Kickers don't make much difference, WR and TE aren't worth getting wound up about either. TO or Moss can have a huge week once in awhile but do virtually nothing 3/4 of the time.

Try for a RB like Tomlinson or Larry Hughs.

You always want to check out the matchups. Even if you have a stud QB, you might bench him against Chicago D for instance.

the order is different depending on how many teams are in your league and what draft # you hold and the point system your league uses and how many starters your league uses. THere is no one sure formula. Most people Pick RB, RB, WR, QB, WR, and then fill out the roster with best available players. Save picking a kicker and defense towards the end of the draft unless you really want the bears defense they usually go like between 5th and 6th round. Tight ends can usually wait till the middle rounds unless you really want gates, who usually goes in the 3rd round. I personally dont take a kicker till my 2nd or last pick, and then i usually just switch around till i find someone who works. As for defense unless one the tops drops a lot i usually just play matchups and deal with headache of picking up a defense every week. IF you really want an draft order that is out there what i been doing for 12 team draft if im picking late is go rb, wr, wr, rb, rb rb, wr or te, than qb,qb and then fill out my roster accordingly. HAving a lot of quality backs is great and they are always good trade bait. If you picking early i think its best to stick to rb,rb, wr, wr, qb, thats seem to work out well. if you really want to get into it check out mockdraftcentral.com. You can do free mock drafts there and see what works out for you.

most leagues RB is the key.if you get points for each receptions then RBs who catch a lot of passes like reggie bush are a great pick.defense is a toss up so pick them late unless you can get the bears in the 6th round.kicker is picked last.
Rd 1 RB
Rd 2 RB
Rd 3 QB
Rd 4 WR
Rd 5 WR
Rd 6 at this point you should start thinking about back ups or TE if there is a good one avalible.fantasy football is all about luck.If your super star stays healthy you will have a great year.
good luck i hope this helps a little.

RBs are most important in most leagues. it's not a bad idea to switch due to matchups, but sometimes you have to ride it out. Like even if the Bears D is playing Indy or something, they're still the Bears D.
