Okay so my best friend told me that something is wrong with her "tubing" or something and that she urinates out her vagina. She said that she was told that urine kills sperm so that if she didnt get her problem fixed she wouldnt ever be able to have kids. First of all is it even possible to urinate from your vagina? and is it true about the sperm?

1] You can't kill sperm with urine. Besides, the sperm doesn't remain in the vagina long enough for her to get up and go pee; it either is already in the uterus, or falling back out the vagina.
2] I have cared for several female patients with urethral openings in the vagina - I even discovered one in a seven month old. It is a type of birth defect, but I can't remember the name.
By the way, nearly all the older ones were MOMs, even without surgery. Tell your friend to use birth control.

You can urinate out of the vagina only if there is a fistula between the vagina and the urethra. That is something that usually happens after traumatic injury to the vagina, like hard birth, or abuse. It is possible to be born with that defect, too.

Uhh, no, it's not possible to urinate out of your vagina, but yes, urine does kill sperm. That's what precum is fore, it cleans out the man's urethra so more sperm survive.

no to both... u cant urinate out of you're vagina and it can't kill sperm....thats pretty retarded....but what may be happening is that she might be "squirting" out of her vagina which is liek female ejaculation minus the sperm and wat not... but that only happens when she has sex... and may be orgasm-ing... then she'll squirt and ppl confuse it as urine....ask her if the "urine" comes out during intercourse.... then u'll know for sure its female ejaculation
sperm needs semen to live...so if u pee on sperm...and there is still semen mixed with the sperm itself....u can still get pregnant... there are alot of myths out there so get it checked out
