dont do what others say and go for chocolate... chocolate is a depressant...
eat fruit, i have found that bananas and especially oranges really truly help
also do some work out, whether that be lifting a few weights every now and then, or just going for a walk round the park... its alll good for you

Or buy some sliced almonds, chocolate fudge syrup, whipped cream and make your own ice cream that will cheer you up because it's fun and it will make you sad because it's making you fat......

I like buying those Nestle refrigerated cookies and while hot, I put them in a bowl and scoop some ice-cream over.
Doesn't get any better than that....
