The CENSUS controls how the money is spent?

Just because this nobody is the head of the Ways and Means committee doesn't mean that you should elevate his position far above what the USC allows.

The census determines the number of people in the country, the number of people in each state, the number of people in each county and the number of people in each town and affects how representatives to Congress and the state houses are apportioned, that is it.

It has NOTHING to do with how money is spent.

A - The number of seats per state is determined by the census. The President's cabinet isn't affected by anything. They are above the law. Ask Bush. Pax - C

A) House of Representatives; population decides how many Reps a state gets. Here in Indiana, we lost another seat in the House due to other states getting bigger in population, despite the fact that Indiana got bigger in population.

My friend, the Hon. Louise Slaughter, D-NY - is Chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee. It controls the money. The census controls how the Committee spends the money.
