I don't know who you mean by she, but I will assume that you are referring to Hillary Clinton since she is probably the most famous she right now. What personal gain could she accomplish from the American people? Let's see, she has already written a book for which she gained monetary rewards. Now she wants to be elected President which would require the votes of a significant number of people and would secure financial gains in the form of speaking engagements and a lifetime public funded pension once she leaves the White House. So I guess the answer would be yes she is using the American people for her own personal gain, but no more so than any other politician, entertainer, musician, and a host of other public occupations are doing.

The Queen of England has plenty of "personal gain" already and even if allowed TO vote in the elections here -- it is doubtful that her vote would count for any more than anyone else's -- I mean -- it IS a democracy still, isn't it ??

Do you think only conservatives make money? I already read here daily that Democrats don't work, now that one does you yell at her for making money.
Will Bush/Cheney profit from Haliburton?
Lets see where they go after the White House.
