In converting from grams to cups, you are converting between mass and volume. The conversion factor will therefore depend on the density of the substance you are converting, that is, its mass per unit volume. For water, this conversion is about 240 grams per cup, or about 3-1/3 fluid ounces (5/12 cups) per 100 grams. However, rice has a lot of air space in it and this will depend on how tightly the rice is packed when measuring. I would therefore estimate that about 3/4 to 1 cup of cooked rice would be 100 grams.
Edit: According to SirSnoozeAlot's conversions, it would be more like 1/2 to 2/3 cup of rice for 100 grams, which is probably a better estimate than my back-of-the-envelope guess.

100 grams is 3.50 ounces so 8oz's in a cup so that would be a little less than half a cup.

You need to calculate colories based on the mass of food rather than volume. Unless density is given in the problem you are asking the wrong question. but you can calculate that there are 210 calories per 100 grams so
2.1 cal/gram
multiply that by the mass of your egg fried rice and you will have your total calories.

There is NO WAY to answer your question, since gram is a measure of weight (mass, correctly), and cup is a measure of volume!
Unless you know the DENSITY of the foodstuff you are measure, NOONE can help you here.
