From where, what size, and when. If I had to choose from just one item (no matter the size, location or time to buy) it would probably be a house. It's still hard to secure one and, it can last a lifetime.

A new house with 4 bedrooms so my girls wouldn't have to share a room. I think that we will need at least 3 bathrooms by the time they get in their teens and right now we have 2.

A star, giving light and warmth to the planets surrounding me. The only problem would be that I would be full of gas! lol.
To be any other thing would mean that I would be broken, polluted, or in some other way destroyed by humanity in its unending desire to conquer and control all it observes!
