do you consider Pet Sounds and Blonde on Blonde to be psychedelic albums before Revolver came out?

Personally I didn't think so. Dylan was folk, definitely not psysh, Same with the Pet Sounds album. I was in Junior high then and God Only Knows from Pet Sounds was not Psychedelic. Now what was considered so then was Fire by tThe Crazy World Of Arthur Brown, Pscycotic Reaction by Take Five, Too Much To Dream Last Night by the Blues Magoos,-Jefferson Airplane -White Rabbit , Journey To the Cenetr of Your Mind- Amboy Dukes. A lot of them can be found on the Nuggets album collection.
