Unfortunately its unlikely we will ever find out the truth...its impossible for it to have been Lee Harvey Oswald on his own (although he may have had a part in it).

The American government will release all information they have 75 years after the event (so we still got a while to wait) but whoever did it will almost certainly be dead then, if they're not already.

I personally firmly believe it was a conspiracy (1 person could not have done it, as it was proven 2 guns were used - thus making it conspiracy) but dont know who's behind it as JFK had so many enemies due to the reforms he was tryng to make - however, rightly or wrongly I think it was probably someone who was directly connected to the US government, hence the cover-up & botched "enquiry" by the Warren Commission.

We will never know for definate...just like we will never know who Jack the Ripper was.

Many people believe, however, that it was Lee Harvey Oswald. But then, why did Jack Ruby shoot him? Was it so that Oswald could not give anything away? Was there a conspiricy? Or was Ruby simply devastated that his President was dead, and wanted revenge?
Why did Oswald have contacts within Russia? How many shots where fired? Were they all fired from the Book Depositry?

These are the questions to think about if you want to know who shot JFK.

Lee Harvey Oswald is the person who some people think shot JFK. But there are many others who just as easily have done it....the CIA, the American Mob, the Cubans, the Soviets. the theories abound

Well, supposedly, it has been confirmed that JFK's death was not a conspiracy, and Oswald, was a lone shooter. But-I don't believe it for a second-and neither to a lot of other people. Some think it was LBJ and others conspiring together, among other theories. Although it is supposed to be recorded history that Lee Harvey Oswald was alone in the killing of him, I believe otherwise. But, technically speaking, Lee Harvey Oswald did shoot JFK.

Jimmy "the Weisel" Frattiano claimed that Giancana (the then Boss of Bosses out of Chicago) gave the go ahead for Marcello (of New Orleans) to carry out the assassination. It involved Castro (who had a grudge after finding out the CIA was behind the Bay of Pigs Invastion) so he got a patsy (Oswald) from the Russians to carry-out the deed. Marcello's beef was a result of RFK's investigations into organized crime. To cover the link to the Mafia, Marcello had Jack Ruby (a two bit night club owner in the Marcello organization) take out Oswald to seal his lips.

Giancana's beef with JFK was his impression that JFK renigged on promises to leave the Mafia alone since he felt he pulled strings in Chicago to get him elected.

Several weeks before the assassination, Oswald met with Cuban agents in Mexico. For inexplicable reasons, the FBI agents who were following up the Cuban connection as a part of the Warren Commission investigation, were recalled

The official version, says, that John Fitzgerald Kennedy was slain, by a LONE gunman, - LEE HARVEY OSWALD, - but, we will NEVER be made aware of the REAL killers!

Simplistic LOGIC tells me, though, that there HAD to have been more than ONE assassin, - but, I, personally, do NOT believe that Oswald was, even, INVOLVED! He WAS, - as he CLAIMED, - "JUST A PATSY!", - an EXPENDABLE individual who was "SET UP" to take the BLAME

Viewing the famous "ZAPRUDER" film, OF the actual shooting, shows that the President was, - firstly, - thrown FORWARDS, as the FIRST shot hit him, from the BACK! The SECOND was fired from the LEFT, and the THIRD was fired from the RIGHT, - throwing his body into the LAP of his shocked wife, - Jacqueline.

I believe that JACK RUBY, - who killed Oswald a day AFTER the Kennedy killing, - DID so, in order to prevent Oswald from NAMING those who HAD killed President Kennedy!

There are lots of theories. It could have been planned by the FBI, the Russians, the Mafia etc. Some even speculate that the president's brother was privy to the assassination. That there were lots of cover-ups suggested that government operatives were involved in the murder. Lee Harvey Oswald may not have been the the assassin. the probable truth is the people that actually pull the strings, not the Secret Service, but men even more secret than that (that is my believe), because the real reason he was shot was because of the Bay of Pigs, and the fact that he didn't push the button to start WW III, after all, isn't War the lubricant of which the American Economy runs off?!
