NEVER. HE WILL ALWAYS OWN THE WRESTLING WORLD.IF HE RETIRES THAT WOULD BE THE END OF WRESTLING.
BESIDES IT DOESNT MATTER BECAUSE TNA WILL BE OUT OF BUSINESS LONG BEFORE MCMAHON EVEN CONTEMPLATES RETIREMENT

Probably when he dies. I read in this month's Maxim that most CEOs and owners of corporations love doing what they do so much, that they will never retire.
