i dont realli have really big boobs... but i have been told by my friends that i do.. and i feel so un comfortable.. ... how can i make my boobs smaller.. and more perky.???
i am around 28 b

To have breasts be smaller it would require surgery but a B cup can be a normal size for some women. I would recommend checking with your doctor as well when you go in for your next check up.
