Yep, I do it all the time. Legally speaking though, probably not. It depends on what the laws are in your area... in some places you can't be charged if you have only a very small amount (like under a gram for example).

Unless you are in an area where marijuana is legal, then no, you can't legally do it in your front yard. You can't legally do it behind closed doors either -- you are just less likely to get caught.

you can i wouldn't recommend it and your chances of getting caught are much higher than not being about in public getting toasted. you can do anything the police might disagree though because they will arrest you and charge you.
