How many murder scenes shown on-screen were in LAW AND ORDER: INVASION?

I heard there was an episode on LAW AND ORDER where ADA Alexandra Borgia (Annie Parisse) gets killed in the episode INVASION.
Does she get killed off-screen or on-screen? I only saw the ending where Fonatana and Green try to protect a man who becomes the target of Fontana's killers. He gets killed, and the men are both apprehended by police. Is that the only death scene? Do we last see Borgia getting attacked? Do we know about it until after McCoy lasts sees Borgia? If anybody has seen this episode, post a response. The reccuring role or co-star of a television series getting killed is what gives viewers grief-stricken trauma.

It was the season finale for season 16. It was titled, "Invaders." I didn't see it, but there's an episode summary available.

It looks like she's shown being kidnapped, and then her body is later found, so the actual death occurs off-screen.
