Hi Ho Silver is indeed the name of the Lone Ranger's horse, he always spoke those words when the programme was finishing, sort of riding of into the sunset type of thing. The Lone Ranger was a goodie who never killed a man, he always shot to injure them, and he had an indian called Tonto with him as his sidekick. The tv series ran from 1949-1957 starring Clayton Moore as the Lone Ranger, and Jay Silverheels as Tonto. I have given you a web site that has a photo of the Lone Ranger and his horse Silver.
