Some guy emailed me saying that he needs money and that he'll pay me back plus 20% of what I loaned him.

That is just the first step in stealing your identity! I think you are joking, aren't you? Don't do it if you were thinking of it because everyone receives these emails at some point...

That's a well known scam my friend.Don't send any money or give them any personal info such as bank account or anything.Just delete that one.

Get a grip. Google "Nigerian Scam" Lagos is the worst. Do not do it as it is a rip off!

your in big trouble because they don't have a phone system yet.they only have camel delivery,and it takes two long months.your better off taking it yourself.....good luck buddy...=}
