I used to watch football but since all my favorite players left my team, now I've been in to baseball. I like to play soccer or volleyball. I don't really exercise so I guess the closest cardio I get is when I walk my dog.

I love watching formula 1. I like playing basketball. My favorite cardio exercise is dancing and tae bo. My favorite area to train are my arms (I am a mom with a toddler... I need strong arms!).

My favorite sport to watch is MMA. It is the most exiting sport I have ever watched. I do not personally play any sports. I usually ride my bike for exercise. Luckily I live four miles from my work so I have started riding my bike to work two to three times a week.

I love to watch Professional Tennis, Professional Basketball (go Heat), and College Football (go Canes). I love to play Adult Kickball! And as of recently I've been riding my bike..
