Well if you purchase a new one, they are now offering a LIFETIME powertrain warranty on any new Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep you purchase. So if you purchase a new one, the will warranty the powertrain for as long as you own the car.

Depends on the car, lately Dodge has been recalling almost every car that leaves there factory and bad recalls for example the durangos wheels fall off, and funny enough I actually seen this happen thank god no one got hurt. When it comes down to it every automaker has bad and good cars, I had a dodge dynasty that I hate to say lasted me 300,000 miles and a van that litterally fell apart at 110,000.

Some of them are, the Dodge Magnum and Charger are excellent cars

I would not call these reliable :
Neon
Dynasty
1992 and older Caravan
any intrepid with the 2.7 engine
or any dodge with a 727 torque flight tranny

there like any other car, if you perform the maintenance on them when it's supposed to be performed it will be a good car for you.

neons ..dodge and chrysler mini vans are not dependable...the intrepid-Lhs-concord are ok...sebring so so... trucks excellent...
