Actions speak louder than words.

He'll likely appreciate things like a massage, surprise kisses, a fridge with beer, his favorite dinner, sex when you normally wouldn't have sex. Guys like simple things like that.

Alternatively, if words are your strong point, learn I love you in different languages.

French: Je t'aime (I love you), Je t'adore (I adore you), tu m'accomplis (you complete me)
Italian: Ti amo

Everyone is assuming you don't want to say it....I am going to assume you have said it and you want to show him you mean what you say. That extra nudge or 'oomph' that shows your sincere, because actions speak louder than words.
1. Give him your FULL attention when he is talking. Put the cell phone away, look him in the eyes, and listen.
2. Do what he wants to do occasionally. Suffer through a football game or a monster truck pull upon occasion. He will reciprocate by going to that chick-flick you want to see.
3. Give him a hand to hold, or a hug for no reason. Rest your head on his shoulder. It will inflate his ego and make him feel special.
Good luck :)

Um, that's sort of silly isn't it? There's no other way to say I love you, without saying I love you. You could always say it in russian...at least that way..you're not saying it in English "Ya Lublue Tsibia"

Or you could just say, "you're an amazing person, I really care alot about you"..or just stick to the russian...he won;t understand it...and you can still say it lol...

If you want that love to last, you'd better be able to communicate better than that.
I once went out with a man who said "I'm not sure that I don't love you". I just kinda looked at him and thought, "what the heck is that supposed to mean?" He couldn't communicate either.

*Give him a back rub without him asking.
*Make him breakfast.
*Put a sticky note in his lunch (if he takes one to work) or in his sock drawer.
*Fill up a ziplock baggie full of air and tell him it's a bag of little kisses to get him thru the day.

once you get started on tedious little gestures like this, the ideas will just start coming to you out of nowhere and can mean the world to someone.

Why can't you say I love you? Is it because he hasn't said it first?
It is ok to be vunarable that is what love is about. Tell him you love him.
You can show it by looking in his eyes with love.

Do something just for him. Like rub his feet or make his favorite dish. It is the little things that say the most.

By showing it. Action speak louder than words. People can say anything but it's what they DO (action) that says everything about that person.
