I'm 37 with 2 kids and divorced. I met a 17 year old girl that I really like. She rides sport bikes and we go for motorcycle rides together. I met her right after her dad recently died while riding his. She really wants to have sex and comes on to me alot. She said she is a virgin and has never had a boyfriend. She doesn't act her age at all.

first it's ILLEGAL! she may be hot as hell and act like a 30 yr old woman, but let her take things at her own pace. she may want sex, but she doesn't have to get it from you. COme on man, think.
Sounds like an "American Beauty" situation to me.
At least wait until she's of Legal age if you can't control yourself.

Firstly if she is legally able to consent to a sexual relationship then there is nothing wrong with it. In England the age of consent is 16 so check on this.
Age should not really come into it although many people would think its cradle snatching, etc. At 37 most single men would jump at the chance of a 17 year old.
The only problem with it is the moral issue. She is in a vulnerable state now due to the death of her farther and may be looking at you as a replacement figure. Her emotions are probably all over the place right now and were you to take advantage of this, even if she is keen, may come back to haunt you. Its better that you stay friends for now, give her time to grieve and then if there is still an affection there why not take it to another level.

I think you better wait until she is at least 18 before having sex unless you want trouble with the law. (not to mention her mother)
But legal issues aside perhaps she is reaching out to you (coming on to you) because she is lonely and looking for a father figure to replace the relationship she had with her father. I think you should be the adult here and keep the relationship just friends. If you start seeing her intimately and then find out you are not compatible or just get bored it may be no big deal for you but to a 17 year old virgin it could devastate her.

so you are a perv and like little girls.....she is a minor, and it is against the law to touch her, even if she does not act her age.....her age is 17, find a woman your own age, don't embarrass your kids with some gf that is closer the their age than yours......are you really this desperate for a date? If you do touch her, she WILL tell a friend and the friend will know that it is wrong, and she will report you. Wow what a dad for your kids to be proud of, a dad who is a registered sex offender.

I think she may be missing her dad. She is only 17! There is 20 years difference between you and that is A LOT of years when she is only 17! Don't get involved with this girl. Her feelings for you are misplaced because she obviously was very close to her father. Besides you could go to jail for statutory rape.

OK.. you have to be completely desperate if you are even CONSIDERING this!?!?! i don't mean to sound rude, but as a father of two children, why don't you think about them in the same situation. If your daughter (if u have one) came across a man 20 years older than her, would you think it was ok? The GIRL is definitely having separation issues after her fathers death. And she is looking for what she thinks will replace her lose with a different feeling. She is obviously too young to even know that losing her virginity to you is THE WRONG THING TO DO.

This doesnt matter, you are both vunerable right now, her even more so. She may act old but when you're with her, just remember that she is a child. Whether you both like it or not. Don't make this mistake, you're the adult here. Just imagine if it was your 17 yr old daughter. This could be emotionally dangerous for her.

You will go to jail if you do that! She is setting you up for a rape charge. No 17-year old would want a 37-year old with two kids.

When I was 21 I knew a girl who was 17 an I did not touch her until a week after she was 18. That was when I learned girls can't screw like women.

Truthfully you just need to wait till she is at least 18. Second off if she really is a virgin you need to be prepared for what you are getting your self in to especially if her dad just died. She might just be confused and mixing up her need for a father with her need for romance....considering you are significantly older then she is.
