Once some scientists who specialize in this sort of paranormal thing went into a so-called 'spacecraft'. I don't think we'll ever know if they're real unless they 'show themselves' because we can't be sure exactly where the unidentified flying objects really come from. Different people have different theories. This is mine ;-)

Maybe, maybe not. There isn't any scientific evidence, though. Many people have claimed to have been abducted, but there is an explanation for that:
In the 1970s or maybe earlier, the media exploded wtih sci-fi for practiaclly the first time. That's when all these movies about alians like ET and many more started coming out.
Since then, it seemed like lots of people claimed to be abducted by aliens. Scientists, however, believe its a case of Sleep Paralysis (SP). Some people might have experienced this.
SP is when you wake up suddenly, but you cannot move. You think you're awake, and you can move your eyes and your fingers to some degree, and you can feel, but other than that, you are unable to move. Then comes the "sleep and dreaming part of SP.
People that believes in witches, demons, aliens and other fabrications of media will have extremely vivid hallucinations. It can be terrifying--people have reported to feel hands, see humanoid shapes (though strangely, never faces), and hear noises like demonic laughter and such.
Symptons of the hallucinations include a panic or fear, which is even worse considering you can't move for a fight-or-flight instinct, awareness of a presence. Though you feel your awake, your brainwaves, which are causing you to see and feel images, are technically indicating your still asleep.
That, my friend, is an explanation for alien/spiritual encounters. But still, I remain skeptical on the unknown. Like I said, maybe, maybe not.

From my perspective, i think it is possible that they are real because we aren't the only ones out there. People can believe as much as they want about how humans are the most dominant species NOW, but then you'd have to think about the universe. Are we really the only ones out there? Most likely not. Even if there aren't aliens, there is probably another type of being out there, and we just didn't discover them yet.

In all honestly the universe is soooo huge that earth is barely a grain of sand in a desert. intelligent alien life surly must exist but we will probably never find out.

Yes of course they are, but if you mean are they here on Earth... well, probably not. There has never EVER been any evidence that aliens have visited Earth.

YES!!! watch out.. they usually come out unexpectedly... always have a camera with you... they're scared of bright light... meaning they only come out at night.. take care!
