Sharpay's annoying. And Ashley Tisdale is too old for Disney. And she can't sing.
But I personally love High School Musical, and hate the characters at the same time. Troy and Gabriella are way too goody two shoes, their friends are too mean and not very understanding, Sharpay and Ryan are too evil (which I guess answers your question), Ms. Darbus (sp?) is too clueless, etc.... The only characters I like are Zeke, the guy who likes to bake, and Kelsey the pianist.

Yes sharpay is kind of snobbish in the movie and i think ashley tisdale is a little bit.
