epsom salt--mix about three tablespoons into warm water, add a little lemon juice to better the taste.
it will start working in 30 minutes to an hour BUT i advise you to do so when you have time on your hands haha. in other words, don't do this first thing in the morning when you're about to go to work, are in traffic and then need to use the bathroom immediately.
also, eat apples, anything with fiber.

Have a few feet of your small intestine removed.
You won't derive as many nutrients but it will pass faster, and often.
