yeah thats the other thing u cant tell if its water or pee!!!! so u try avoid every puddle but its impossible.

Becasue grown adults dont want to touch the seat and splash it everywhere and kids think that the sink is a bathing fountain!! Public restrooms are so disgusting!!

muct likely peoples dripping wet hands from washing their hands create a puddle over periods of different people coming in and washing their hands...janitors(some not all) dont clean public restrooms THAT well.

...because most people are not concerned with it, particularly the people who "run" the public restrooms...
....they either don't have enough people to clean them properly or the people who do do it once a day....
....most of them lack the proper "drying" tools to prevent the puddle....

because the attendents never keep paper towels in stock so everyone shakes their hands dry. I especially hate the ones that don't even provide paper towels and instead give us those air dryers...they don't do anything

yes, they are all so filthy and nasty....are you sure it's water and not pee on the floor??? You should see the womens bathrooms...no toilet seat is dry and most people do not seem to flush...YUCK!!!!
