Not Teddy , But FDR Roosevelt he would have handled like he handled when he was office, with a great Presidency and giving people back hope food , gas and over all a free America with no hoodlum President like G.W. Bush. He would have laughed at Bush and patted him on the head and told him , "Go home Junior and play patty cake with Mommy, ask her when the corn will be ready in her patch and how she produced you from a little baby boy to a little idiot man..

Teddy Roosevelt was a true environmentalist, so the US would have joined with the Kyoto Protocol, he would have demanded that cars get 100 mpg, and stop using oil, and get us back on track to having alternative fuels, not only for the environment, but our economy, and our security.

We would have won the war on terror by now.
Bin Laden and all is men would be dead.
We would not be in Iraq.
Pakistan would have paid for giving safe haven to Al Qaeda.
And Teddy would probably have taken away Pakistan's nuclear weapons capability.
And the United States would have done it all for less money.
The death count for our troops would have been far higher.

He would at first be shocked... at how influential the US has become in the world.
Then we would deal with the crisis at hand... terrorism. There wouldn't be any deals. Your either with us or against us. He would be shocked at terrorism and its ideals. He would grow to understand that terrorism is the only way one can fight back against a super power.
And then he would kill everyone related to a terrorist... mother, father, sisters, brothers, aunts, uncles. Everyone related or assisting a terrorist would be found and killed like a virus.

he would never have made it in todays world. All leaders are products of their times. JFK would be a right wing radical today. Would Lincoln be able to do it in our video age where looks and sound bites are how we pick a president?

He would have been less interested in pandering to his opposition. President Bush has given the spenders everything they ask for.
