Throughout is correct, and grammer is spelled grammAr, with an A. Oh, and you'd want to say 'Grammatically correct'.

I'll go with the consensus, It's throughout. Although I wouldn't go with the consensus if they were wrong, but they just happen to be right!!! LOL
