ya gimp is good
but photo shop is the best but it costs 500$

Hi claire, I have used Picasa for the past 2 years and have found it to be almost as good as a £70 programme that I purchased,and a lot easier to use. the filehippo webbsite gives you an easy download of Picasa Try it,you wont regret it.....

the best open source software is the 'Gimp', been going quite a while, regular updates.
