My laptop running on Windows Vista was working normally until today. When I start the machine, just a blank screen is displayed.
The machine doesn't even ask for the boot password which I've set on the machine, and remains blank all the time (the screen is not activated).
What can be the problem? What should I do?
Help!!!

Hi. This often a power power problem, low battery, bad charger, bad power supply, etc. I would start there.

Vista is still pretty new, so no one knows all the bugs. For now, the best thing to do would be to take it in for checking, to Best Buy or Geek Squad.
