I have been havin stomache pain and I really dont know what it is.

Basic symptons are no period, tender breasts, funny taste in mouth, feeling or being sick, tiredness. best way to know for sure is a pregnancy test.........

The simplest way is to wait several months.
Beyond the smart-aleck answers, the home pregnancy test is relatively reliable from about a week after your period was supposed to happen. If funny things are still happening internally, then the doctor can do a more precise test, again a few weeks after you missed your period.

The ONLY way to know for sure is to wait until you miss a period and take a pregnancy test. Other then that, you are just guessing.

Have you moved your bowels? Pregnancy is not associated with stomach pain it is usally swollen breast, sleepiness, nausea, emotional, no menustral cycle and cravings things like that so if there is a lot of stomach pain I would go to the doctor.

you have to wait until you miss your period and take a pregnancy test.
If you are just having stomach pain (no nausea, vomiting or other early pregnancy symptoms) then it's probably gastrointestinal. take an antacid or peptobismol and see if you feel better.

preg. test and if it doesnt show wait to take it again 2 days after ur missed period so wait till ur supposed to gt ur period and if u dont get it take the test if it still doesnt show then go see an obgyn and get a blood test its more accurate

Have you had your period?
If you haven't, take a home pregnancy test.
If you have, chances are you aren't pregnant.
Something as vague as stomach pains could be ANYTHING.
