ok, my older bro, my mom and my dad and i all have our brand new cars! lately my dad has been using my car, driving off to places far away, and this pisses me off, i really dont care, but like everyday hes going and taking my car, he paid for insurance/the car, but right now i pay for my gas,, yes, and its alot! also im in debt, i have no job right now and my tuition is ALOT, alot more than the past yrs. also he NEVER uses my brothers cars, my my bro gets everything paid 4, his tuition and everything! i have 2 worry about my money --this makes me mad,--i feel sort of selfish but in a way i feel mad, like he has his own brand new car! and he uses mine not my bros or moms!! why me??

I wish my parents could have afforded to buy me a car (and pay my insurance) while I was in school. I would have been happy to let them use it whenever they wanted.

That said, I don't think it's the car that's angering you. It sounds like you are angry about the favoritism that your father appears to be showing your brother. That sucks. It's not fair.

Well your dad must really like your car. But if he has a new car i dont know why he is taking yours.
Here is what you should do. The next time your dad is getting in your car to go some where, tell him in a joking manner "Dont forget to fill it up"

yeah. you really need to talk to him i mean, why buy himself a car if he's not gonna use it? if i were you i just wouldn't put any more gas in the car. adn telll him to use his own or your mom's. also, why is he paying for your bro's tuition and not your's. talk to him-he may not know how much this is bothering you.

Sit him down and talk to him, or start telling him it has no gas, if he doesn't want to pay for it, he'll start using someone elses car....
